Our work is deepy rooted in relationships, and honoring each person’s and community’s unique history and strengths.
San Diego GO Grants Launch
In 2024, AMRF launched the San Diego GO Grants, which invested core operating support into twenty-five small, grassroots organizations across the County. Our team recently celebrated with the community — and looks forward to sustaining our partners with a second round of funding.
All Program Highlights
Coordinating a Response to Homelessness
AMRF started working with homeless-response providers in San Diego County in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic. That collaboration evolved to include deep connections with a broader range of nonprofit organizations, other funders, and government. Today, AMRF San Diego Director Lucky Michael serves on the following:
- San Diego Regional Task Force on Homelessness (RTFH)
- Funders Together for Housing Justice national and local chapters
