I have always been fascinated by people—their stories, relationships, and the experiences that shape who they become. That curiosity has guided both my career and my life.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and California credentialed educator, I have spent my career helping people navigate life’s transitions.
Beyond my professional work, I am a lifelong student of history, psychology, sociology, and the forces that shape individuals and communities. Whether I am exploring museums, learning about different cultures, studying the origins of language, or traveling abroad, I am continually inspired by opportunities to better understand people and the world around us.
I believe that strong communities are built through meaningful relationships, lifelong learning, and a willingness to invest in one another. Living in South Lake Tahoe, I am grateful to support organizations that strengthen our community and expand opportunities for others. It is an honor to serve on the AMRF Board and contribute my perspective as a therapist, educator, and community member.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me planning my next trip, researching historical sites and museums, cooking, crafting, and being with family, friends, pets, and enjoying the beauty of the Sierra Nevadas.
My commitment to mental health, education, and lifelong learning aligns closely with AMRF’s belief that lasting change begins by investing in people, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for future generations.
